All Charter and Field Members of the Tramp Brigade Organization had an email ballot sent to their registered email address today to vote for our input to the Southeast Coalition of Authentic Reenactors (SCAR) 2010 Maximum Effort Event Schedule. My apologies for the short notice, but the ballots are due on Thursday 12 November. This is our opportunity to guide the SCAR to supporting the events that interest us so please reply as quickly as possible.

My thanks for the quick replies from all of you which has helped us influence the SCAR 2010 Schedule. Here are the weighted scores from the SCAR groups and the slate of four SCAR Maximum Effort Events for 2010 which we will endeavor to support.

12 to 14 Februrary - Olustee (.80)
12 to 14 March - Backwater (1.60)
10 to 12 September - Before the Breakout (2.60)
20 to 24 October - Struggles of Secession (2.0)

I will have additional information about these events at our Annual Meeting at Fort Lamar on 5 December and will post addiitonal details in our forum also.
