Hi All,
I would like to introduce myself to the forum,
My Name is Randell Carnley, I am a proud member of the United States Airforce stationed here in Charleston, SC. I have always been intrested in History, expecially military.
I am originally from Alabama. My family ancestry includes several members who served during the Civil War on the side of the Confederacy. These members include the 5th Georgia Infantry, Columbus Light Artillery-Captain Crofts Battery, 33rd, 37th, 46th, and 60th Alabama Infantrys.
Two members were unfortinatly captured and served as POW's one of those failed to return home. Also a single member was unfortinatly killed in battle.
I look foward to helping in anyway possible. Due to my military commitment I maybe limited to some participations, but I would gladly assist with weekend clean-up or preservation efforts.
Thank you for allowing me this opportunity,
Randy

Randy,
Welcome to the Brigade. I'm certain we can help you get involved. I'm a Government Contrator, work near the Air Force Base and live on the Peninsula. When you get a chance, send an email and we could meet for a beer or go visit one of the historic sites when you have some time.
