There's a good book in the Fireproof Building called "Sketch of Company K, 23rd SC" that I looked at a few weeks ago. It's kind of a synthesis of the memories of all the men who were alive and around when the author interviewed them, with a good amount of detail about Petersburg, some about Jackson/Vicksburg, and some about their time in Point Lookout Prison in MD. I have pretty detailed notes on it if y'all are interested, but I don't know how much detail you want me to go into on here. I can get you a list of the officers by tomorrow if you like.
